You can share thoughts you have on a webpage with a group by clicking on the icon to the left of the color selection icon, then choose one of your groups from the list. Simply click it to remove the posted sticky note. At the bottom left corner of the sticky note, a trash can icon will display. This will open a popup with colors to select from.Īfter you post a sticky note, your message will appear on the sticky note. The color of a sticky note can be changed by clicking on the square at the top right of the sticky note area. Just click and drag the sticky note icon. Floating sticky notes can be moved anywhere on the page.

After you add a floating sticky note, you can simply type in the entry box, and click 'Save'.

To add an anchored sticky note, refer to the highlight tutorial. For refills look for the accordion icon on all packages of Post-it Pop-up Notes.
